Overview: 

SayPro is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Materials Freelancer to produce high-quality, branded materials that enhance our corporate identity. This role involves designing and customizing a wide range of brand materials, from business cards and letterheads to digital templates and signage. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create cohesive and impactful brand materials across various formats. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Business Cards 

• Design: Develop professional and visually appealing business card designs that reflect SayPro’s brand identity. 

• Printing: Select durable, high-quality printing options. 

• Customization: Personalize business cards with individual names, titles, and contact details. 

• Formats: Offer various card formats (standard, mini, etc.) to suit different needs. 

SayPro Letterheads 

• Design: Incorporate branding elements such as logos and color schemes into letterhead designs. 

• Templates: Provide consistent, easy-to-use templates for company-wide use. 

• Printing: Choose high-quality paper for a professional touch. 

• Digital Versions: Create digital letterhead templates for use in electronic communications. 

SayPro Envelopes 

• Design: Ensure envelope designs align with the letterhead and overall branding. 

• Sizes: Offer a variety of envelope sizes (standard, window, etc.).

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or brand materials specialist, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of branded materials. 

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain consistent visual identity across different materials. 

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
