Job Summary: 

The SayPro Branded Materials Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing all branded materials across various formats, ensuring that SayPro’s brand identity is consistently represented. This role includes overseeing the creation and production of both digital and physical materials, from business cards and letterheads to trade show materials and digital templates. The manager will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, cohesive branding assets that enhance SayPro’s visibility and reputation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Business Cards: 

• Design professional, eye-catching business cards that reflect the brand. 

• Manage printing processes to ensure high-quality output. 

• Customize cards with individual names, titles, and contact details. 

• Offer various formats including standard and mini. 

SayPro Letterheads: 

• Develop branded letterheads incorporating logos and color schemes. 

• Provide digital and print templates for consistent use. 

• Choose high-quality paper for physical letterheads. 

SayPro Envelopes: 

• Design envelopes that align with overall branding. 

• Offer various sizes and personalization options, including company logos and addresses. 

• Ensure high-quality printing for a polished appearance. 

SayPro Brochures & Flyers: 

• Create visually appealing layouts and engaging content. 

• Choose appropriate formats (bi-fold, tri-fold) and printing options. 

• Plan and execute distribution strategies for maximum reach. 

SayPro Posters: 

• Develop large-format designs for high visibility in public spaces. 

• Use high-resolution printing for clear and vibrant visuals. 

• Manage display strategies for offices, events, or promotional campaigns. 

SayPro Presentation Folders: 

• Design customized folders with branding and contact information. 

• Select durable materials to ensure longevity. 

• Oversee printing and inclusion of document pockets. 

SayPro Notepads & Pens: 

• Incorporate branding elements into notepad designs, offering various sizes. 

• Customize pens with logos, ensuring clear and durable printing. 

• Plan distribution at events or as promotional giveaways. 

SayPro Calendars: 

• Design branded wall or desk calendars with company imagery. 

• Include key company events or dates. 

• Ensure high-quality printing and binding. 

SayPro Corporate Gifts & Apparel: 

• Select and design corporate gifts that reflect brand values (e.g., branded mugs, tote bags). 

• Oversee the design and production of branded apparel (t-shirts, jackets). 

• Manage distribution to clients, partners, or employees. 

SayPro Signage & Trade Show Materials: 

• Design indoor and outdoor signage, ensuring alignment with brand identity. 

• Develop branded materials for trade shows, including banners, brochures, and booth designs. 

• Coordinate the production and installation of signage. 

SayPro Digital Templates & Website Graphics: 

• Create branded email signatures, social media graphics, and presentation templates. 

• Design consistent website graphics, including banners and icons. 

• Ensure all digital materials align with SayPro’s visual style. 

SayPro Business Forms & Annual Reports: 

• Develop branded forms for internal and external use. 

• Design visually appealing annual reports, both print and digital versions. 

• Ensure consistency in branding across all forms and reports. 

SayPro Branded Packaging: 

• Design packaging that reflects SayPro’s image and values. 

• Select durable materials and ensure customization with logos and messaging. 

SayPro Graphic Design & Branding: 

• Create unique and memorable logos, marketing materials, and infographics. 

• Develop branded designs for booklets, magazines, posters, and website animations. 

SayPro Specialized Design Projects: 

• Lead the design of specialized branded items such as vehicle wraps, wall murals, pop-up signs, and large outdoor signs. 

• Manage the design of branded materials for specific environments like petrol stations, offices, and events. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in branding and graphic design, preferably in a managerial role. 

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 

• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes. 

• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Project Management: Ability to oversee the production of multiple branded materials simultaneously. 

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts. 

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software and understanding of printing techniques. 

• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
