Job Summary:
The Biodiversity Officer Manager will lead efforts to monitor, protect, and enhance biodiversity within the designated areas of responsibility. This role requires a deep understanding of ecological principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee biodiversity conservation projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of biodiversity officers and field staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct and oversee research on local flora and fauna, including habitat assessments and species monitoring.

- Reporting: Develop and present reports on biodiversity status, project outcomes, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in biodiversity conservation, including project management and team leadership.
