About SayPro :

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist in various aspects of our Awards Program.
Role Overview
As an Awards Volunteer, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our awards program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, communication, and program management.
Key Responsibilities
1. SayPro Award Categories
– Employee Excellence : Assist in the evaluation and coordination of awards such as Employee of the Year, Leadership Excellence, Innovation Award, Customer Service Award, and Team of the Year.
– Business Achievements : Help in managing awards for Best New Product, Growth Award, Sustainability Award, Community Impact Award, and Best Marketing Campaign.
– Industry Recognition : Support the awards process for Industry Leader Award, Best Practice Award, and Innovation in Technology.
– Special Recognitions : Aid in coordinating awards for Lifetime Achievement, Rising Star, and Diversity and Inclusion Award.
2. SayPro Award Nomination and Selection
– Nomination Process : Help in announcing and inviting nominations, managing nomination forms, and tracking submission deadlines.
– Selection Criteria : Assist in developing criteria, assembling a judging panel, and reviewing nominations.
– Final Selection : Support shortlisting nominees, conducting interviews or presentations, and finalizing award winners.
3. SayPro Award Ceremony Planning
– Event Coordination : Aid in selecting and booking venues, planning event schedules, and arranging logistics.
– Program Design : Assist in creating event agendas, scriptwriting, and planning entertainment.
– Awards Presentation : Help with designing and producing awards, organizing presentations, and coordinating photography and video recording.
4. SayPro Communication and Promotion
– Announcement : Support in writing and distributing press releases, promoting through social media, and informing employees and stakeholders.
– Marketing Materials : Assist in creating brochures, flyers, event invitations, and post-event reports.
5. SayPro Post-Award Activities
– Feedback Collection : Help in collecting and reviewing feedback from attendees, nominees, and winners.
– Continuous Improvement : Aid in identifying areas for improvement and planning future awards cycles.
– Recognition : Assist in featuring winners in company communications and providing ongoing support.
