Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Award Categories Management
– Employee Excellence:
– Manage categories such as Employee of the Year, Leadership Excellence, Innovation Award, Customer Service Award, and Team of the Year.
– Business Achievements:
– Oversee awards for Best New Product, Growth Award, Sustainability Award, Community Impact Award, and Best Marketing Campaign.
– Industry Recognition:
– Handle awards like Industry Leader Award, Best Practice Award, and Innovation in Technology.
– Special Recognitions:
– Coordinate awards for Lifetime Achievement, Rising Star, and Diversity and Inclusion.
2.SayPro Award Nomination and Selection
– Nomination Process:
– Announce calls for nominations and manage the collection of nomination forms.
– Ensure all submissions are received by set deadlines.
– Selection Criteria:
– Develop clear and measurable criteria for each award category.
– Assemble and coordinate a panel of judges with relevant expertise.
– Facilitate a thorough review process to evaluate all nominations.
– Final Selection:
– Shortlist nominees, organize interviews or presentations if necessary, and finalize award winners.
3.SayPro Award Ceremony Planning
– Event Coordination:
– Select and book a venue, plan the event schedule, and manage logistics such as transportation and accommodation.
– Program Design:
– Develop an agenda, write scripts for hosts and presenters, and plan entertainment for the event.
– Awards Presentation:
– Design and produce awards, organize their presentation, and manage photography and video recording.
4. SayProCommunication and Promotion
– Announcement:
– Write and distribute press releases, promote the awards on social media, and communicate internally with stakeholders.
– Marketing Materials:
– Create brochures, flyers, event invitations, and post-event reports to ensure wide coverage and engagement.
5.SayPro Post-Award Activities
– Feedback Collection:
– Gather feedback through surveys and review the success of the awards program.
– Continuous Improvement:
– Identify areas for improvement and start planning the next awards cycle based on feedback.
– Recognition:
– Ensure ongoing recognition of winners through public acknowledgment in newsletters, websites, and media.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience in event planning, project management, or awards program management.
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
