Job Overview:
The SayPro Awards Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of the SayPro Awards program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the awards process, from the development of award categories to the planning and execution of the award ceremony. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and passionate about recognizing excellence within the organization and the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Award Categories Development:
– Employee Excellence: Oversee the recognition of outstanding performance through awards such as Employee of the Year, Leadership Excellence, Innovation Award, Customer Service Award, and Team of the Year.
– Business Achievements: Manage awards like Best New Product, Growth Award, Sustainability Award, Community Impact Award, and Best Marketing Campaign.
– Industry Recognition: Coordinate awards for Industry Leader, Best Practice, and Innovation in Technology.
– Special Recognitions: Facilitate awards like Lifetime Achievement, Rising Star, and Diversity and Inclusion Award.
2.SayPro Award Nomination and Selection:
– Nomination Process: Announce call for nominations, manage the nomination forms, and ensure deadlines are met.
– Selection Criteria: Develop clear criteria for each award, assemble a qualified judging panel, and manage the review process.
– Final Selection: Oversee the shortlisting, conduct interviews or presentations if necessary, and finalize the winners.
3.SayPro Award Ceremony Planning:
– Event Coordination: Select and book the venue, plan the event schedule, and manage logistics for the ceremony.
– Program Design: Create the event agenda, develop scripts for hosts and presenters, and organize entertainment.
– Awards Presentation: Design and produce trophies or certificates, and manage the presentation of awards including photography and video recording.
4.SayPro Communication and Promotion:
– Announcement: Write and distribute press releases, promote the awards through social media, and communicate internally with stakeholders.
– Marketing Materials: Create and distribute brochures, flyers, and event invitations. Publish post-event reports and highlights.
5.SayPro Post-Award Activities:
– Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys to gather feedback from attendees, nominees, and winners.
– Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, plan for the next awards cycle, and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:
