Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to join our team as an Alumni Relationships Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with alumni, coordinating alumni events, and fostering a strong alumni network. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and support alumni.
- Coordinate and manage alumni events and activities.
- Maintain and update the alumni database.
- Collaborate with other departments to create opportunities for alumni involvement.
- Provide support and resources to alumni.
- Monitor and report on alumni engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in alumni relations, event management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
