We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Municipality Partnership State-Owned Entities (SOE) Manager to lead and manage strategic partnerships between the municipality and various state-owned entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving initiatives that support municipal goals and community development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with state-owned entities to enhance municipal services and infrastructure.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with municipal goals, including infrastructure development, service delivery, and economic growth.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage collaborative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including government officials, SOE representatives, and community leaders to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of partnerships, including the impact on municipal services and community benefits.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant laws, regulations, and municipal policies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to partnership initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably within a municipal or government setting.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with state-owned entities or similar organizations.
- Strong understanding of municipal governance and public sector operations.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
